One developer · Guatemala · you get me, not a ticket

Your business already works. It just has steps it doesn't need.

Whose day is this?
  1. An order lands on WhatsApp
  2. You write it in the notebook
  3. At night you retype it into Excel
  4. You bake
  5. You charge and send the invoice

Two steps gone. The order arrives already on your list, and the month adds itself up. The other three you keep doing exactly the same — including the baking.

Nothing I cut is your trade — only the steps where you copy something from one place to another.

How I work

Four things you can hold me to.

Not features. Promises you can catch me breaking.

It learns without a manual.

The test isn't you — you'd figure out anything. It's whoever you hire next month. They should be using it their first day, with nobody sitting beside them.

You get in without friction.

Nothing to install, no new password to forget. Open the link and you're in. It works on your phone, on the slow computer at the counter, on a borrowed one — I've even built for a Kindle.

It fits what you already use.

Your WhatsApp, your Excel, your Drive, the way you already charge. I don't ask you to move your business somewhere else so my thing can work.

It starts small.

We take the one step costing you the most time this month. If it works, we keep going. If it doesn't, you lost a few weeks — not a year and a contract.

What I can build you

Named by what you get, not by what it's made of.

The notebook, but it searches itself

One place to write down what you already write down — except afterwards you can search it, add it up, and send it. Usually this is the first thing, and usually it's enough.

The thing you do every Monday, done for you

Reports, reminders, invoices, backups, the message you send every client on the same day. If it repeats and it has rules, it can run without you.

Letting people in

Access by link, by code sent to their phone, or with the Google account they already have. This is the part most people get wrong, and it's the part I've spent the most time on.

A site that loads and gets found

Fast on a phone, on a real connection, and set up so Google can actually read it. No carousel nobody scrolls.

Getting paid online

Card or Lightning, straight into your flow, with a receipt the customer can check themselves.

Ask me before you spend

Sometimes the honest answer is “don't build that — this free thing already does it.” You'll get that answer from me for free, and it costs me work. I'd rather you come back than pay me once.

Already running

Don't take my word for the “easy” part.

These are live right now. Open one and time how long it takes you to figure out. That number is the whole pitch.

The honest part

I won't sell you an ecosystem. I'll take away the notebook.

Somebody will offer you a platform with five modules that talk to each other. Maybe you need that. Some businesses genuinely do, and if yours is one of them I'll say so and point you at them.

But if your business runs today on a notebook, an Excel file and WhatsApp, an ecosystem isn't the thing you're missing. You need the notebook to stop existing, and everything else to stay exactly where it is.

That's the work I do. One thing — the one costing you time this month — shaped to how you already do it, and usable without me in the room. I'd rather build the small thing you'll open every morning than the big one you'll be scared of.

If you still need me to explain how it works after the first week, I built it wrong. That's not a slogan. It's how I decide whether I'm done.

Start here

Tell me how your day goes.

Not what you want built — what you actually do, step by step. I'll tell you which steps I'd take out and what that takes. If there's nothing worth taking out, that's a fine answer too.
